Ama - Jerez

7 cl Palo cortado sherry
3 cl pineapple juice
1.5 fabbri amarena mix syrup
1 falernum fabbri
2 drops boker's bitter


Put all the ingredients in a Boston shaker. Shake well and pour in a fancy glass over the crushed ice. Garnish with mint spring, pineapple cubes, Amarena cherry, twist of lemon and icing sugar on top of it.
