PREPARAZIONE
Pour the Cognac, Dark cacao liqueur, Amarena cherry suryp and Angostura bitter in a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir quickly. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Place one Amarena cherry inside. Pour the cream into shaker, squeeze two orange zest inside, dry shake and float it over the back of a bar spoon on top of the cognac mixture. Garnish the cocktail with homemade Amarena sponge.
