Ingredients

30 Taru sake
20 Dolin bianco vermouth
10 Limoncello
200 Prosecco
60 Amarena cherry syrup

PREPARAZIONE

Combine Sake, Vermouth and Limoncello in a mixing glass.Add ice, and stir untill chill. Strain into chill cocktail glass. Top up with Amarena cherry prosecco foam. Finish - essential oils from flamed lemon peel.
