50 ml Monkey shoulder whisky
20 ml lemon juice
25 ml Amarena Mixybar wild cherry syrup
1 egg white
1 bsp homemade ginger puree


Put all ingredients into a shaker, then do dry shake for 10 seconds. After that,add ice into shaker and shake again. Finish cocktail with double strain in to chill coupe glass. Garnishing drink with few drops of Angostura bitter, dehydrated rose flower and one ribbon.
