Soul of Cherry

4 cl Foursquare port cask finished Rum
3 cl Amarena frutto e scrioppo syrup
3 cl Freshly squeezed orange juice
1 bar spoon Honey
1 Egg Yolk


Put all of the ingredients to a shaker. First shake it with ice, and once again without ice, and stir to the chilled glass. Decorate with an orange peel, and some cherry on side.
