PREPARAZIONE
load the cocktail beater with three ice rocks and insert 45 ml. of Canadian Whiskey, 60 ml. of Egg White, 30 ml of Amarena Fabbri Juice and 15 ml. Mixybar Fabbri Canella. Mix.
Strain with the hawthorne strainer and serve in a hurricane cup. Mix again for extract the foam and serve with the strainer.
Decorate with a brochette of amarenas.
