Telling the story is the marble reproduction of a big box for transporting the amarena cherries, the “ecumenical symbol” of a company evolution that has known how to renew itself, penetrating every market and reaching out all over the world. The metamorphosis is not formal but material: the humility of the packaging re-establishes the conceptual short-circuit in the effective presence of the skilful working of marble that Peducci/Savini transform into a slightly out-of-context casket, a detail that is not negligible, because if, as Aby Warbug said “God is in the details”, the gesture suggested by the form opens up to the imagination that brushes the senses.
